Step 1. Download iTop Screen Recorder on your Windows PC. Install and launch it. 

Step 2. Click the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner, find Settings, and adjust the video format to 1080p or 4K according to your needs.

Step 3. Then back to the interface, there are 4 types for you to choose from. You can choose to record screen, webcam, only audio, or game. Select the area you want to record and click REC to start.

Step 4. The recorded 1080p or 4K recordings are saved in the Files tab. You can view the recordings here, edit or share them.
