How to Fix Print Screen Not Working Problem?

Solution 1. How to Enable Print Screen Key

1. Press Window key + U, to open Ease of Access.

2. On the left pane, scroll down to Keyboard and click on it.

3. On the right, scroll down to the Print Screen Shortcut section and Turn it ON.

1. Press Win + PrtSc to capture your screen. You should be able to find it in the Screenshots folder.

Solution 4. Update Windows System to the Latest Version

1. Press Win + I to open Settings, and click on Update & Security. 

2. Under Windows Update, click Check for Updates. If there’s a new version, follow the instructions to complete.
