iTop Screen Recorder Affiliate Terms & Conditions (the Terms & Conditions) contain the complete terms and conditions of your affiliate partnership with iTop Screen Recorder."We", "us", or "our" means iTop Screen Recorder and "you" or "your”means the Affiliate, and "Product" or "Service" means all items offered on the iTop Screen Recorder website.

This is a legal agreement between you and iTop Screen Recorder. By signing up iTop Screen Recorder Affiliate Program (the Affiliate Program), you have fully understood the terms set forth in this agreement and agree to abide by the terms hereof. iTop Screen Recorder reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any changes to the Terms & Conditions shall constitute your consent to such changes. 1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you have to submit a complete program application via the third party platforms that we cooperate with. All information associated with the Affiliate Program given by you must be real. Normally we will notify you within two business days after we review your application whether you are approved or rejected. We may accept / reject your application at our sole discretion for any reason.

2. Affiliate Promotional Materials

Once we approve your application, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use iTop Screen Recorder promotional materials, including but not limited to graphical images, text materials and affiliate promotional links on your website for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting our products. When advertising our products, you should only use promotional materials approved by iTop Screen Recorder. Approved materials may contain iTop Screen Recorder trade name and logo.

In order to establish and maintain the consistency and integrity of iTop Screen Recorder promotion materials as they may be updated from time to time by us, in our sole and unlimited discretion, you shall cooperate fully with us. We reserve the right to require you to modify your use of the promotion materials of our products, in whole or part, at any time.

If your affiliate account is terminated, the limited, non-exclusive license to download and use iTop Screen Recorder promotional materials shall be automatically withdrawn.

3. Acceptable Advertising Methods or Forms

As an authorized iTop Screen Recorder affiliate, you earn commissions by sending traffic to our offers and turning it into sales. So you may use any promotion method as long as it complies with the Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. Such as you may promote our products via: text links, graphical banners, newsletter, or other promo methods available on your site, or other media.

But you shall not use any improper promotion methods to sell or promote iTop Screen Recorder. Using any improper methods may result in termination or suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and of any outstanding affiliate referral fee payments earned during the violation. The improper methods include but are not limited to the following ones:

• Use our advertising and promotional materials, trademarks or brand name in a way that negatively affects iTop Screen Recorder; or use any graphics and contents from https://recorder.itopvpn.com without our prior written permission.

• Use any words containing or confusingly similar to "iTop Screen Recorder" trademark or use any of its misspellings or variations in your trademark, product and domain name, logo, service, etc., without our prior approval.

• Bid on, register or buy keywords, domain names, or other identifying searching terms or titles that are similar to "iTop Screen Recorder" trademark, including but not limited to "iTop", "iTop ScreenRecorder", "iTop Screenshot", "iTop Screen Shot", "iTop Online Screen Recorder" or any misspellings and variations in Google, Firefox, and any other search engines.

• Use any fraudulent strategies (including but not limited to send any fraudulent traffic to us or purchase iTop Screen Recorder products via the stolen credit card, inserting cookies by URL hijacking or any other fraudulent actions) that lead to a high chargeback / refund rate or user complaints.

• Use any malicious strategies (including but not limited to malware, adware, spyware marketing, forced click, cookie stuffing or any form of "spamming" ) to refer users to https://recorder.itopvpn.com that lead to a high chargeback / refund rate or user complaints.

• Submit iTop Screen Recorder products to other websites by changing the product name or even using the same name.

• Use different pricing with the ones displayed on the official iTop Screen Recorder website and offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to your users, without our prior approval.

4. Termination

If we find any of your violations of the Terms & Conditions in your affiliate practices, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account and cancel all outstanding commission payments due.
